How to Enter

  1. Campari Nigeria invites users to enter the Campari Passion Project to stand the chance to feature in one of three MTVB West music videos with Featuring Artists; 2Baba, Goodgirl LA, T-Classic and Oxlade.
  2. Participants can enter the Campari Passion Project by uploading an image or video of themselves via Instagram or Facebook, which meets the below criteria:
    1. Taking a photo or video of themselves with a Campari Cocktail.
    2. Featuring the Campari Product.
    3. Including @CampariNigeria and #PassionProject.
  3. Promotions, giveaways and competitions are entered through the Campari Group’s Facebook and Instagram pages.

Competition T&Cs

  1. To be eligible for the prize, entrants to the competition must:
    1. Be 18 years or older,
    2. Be Nigerian citizens and in possession of a valid Nigerian identity document,
    3. Shoot will take place in Lagos Metropolitan area. Flights and accommodation will be provided for winners who do not reside in this area
    4. Must present a negative covid test result 1 day prior to the music video production
    5. Not be a(n):
      1. Permanent employee, agent or consultant of Campari Group or any subsidiary company of the Campari group of companies (“Campari”), and
      2. Permanent employee, agent, or consultant of any of Campari’s business partner, promotional and public relations agency
    6. Who is involved in this competition? (Please note that immediate family members of any of the afore-listed persons may also not enter this competition) and meet all qualifying criteria listed under the heading “How to enter”.
  1. The Campari Passion Project competition starts from September 24th 2021, and ends on August 31st 2022. Entries for a chance to appear in Oxlade’s music video are open from 22nd December 2021 until 24th January 2022

  1. Winning entries are final, and no correspondence can be entered into.
  1. This competition may only be entered into once.
  1. By entering the competition, all entrants and winners agree to be bound by these competition rules as interpreted by the organiser.
  1. The organiser reserves the right to amend, modify or change these terms and conditions in its sole and absolute discretion without notice. These changes will take effect from the date of publication on the website. By participating or continuing to participate in the competition, the entrants agree and understand that they will be bound by the amended terms and conditions
  1. The winner will be selected by the organiser and will be based on which of the entries the organiser deems to be the best. The organiser’s decision will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  1. The prize consists of one of ten winners taking part in a music video production.
  1. The organiser may refuse to award any prize to an entrant if there is suspicion of any irregularities or fraudulent activities. In such an event, the organiser reserves the right to then award the prize to the next best entry.
  1. The organiser is not responsible for any costs the winner may have when claiming or using the prize.
  1. The prize cannot be sold and is not transferable for cash.
  1. The right of admission into this competition lies solely with the organiser and is non-negotiable.
  1. Campari Group, MTV B West, or Featured Artists are not responsible for entries not received for whatever reason.
  1. Campari Group reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Campari Group’s control.
  1. Employees of Campari Group and their families are not allowed to enter.
  1. Advertising and public relations representatives who have been part of the working group may not enter the competition.
  1. Prizes cannot be exchangeable for cash and/or other products.
  1. Campari Group carries promotions, giveaways and competitions in good faith and cannot be held responsible for any misrepresentation on the part of the custodian of the promotions, giveaways, and competitions.
  1. Winners will be notified either through Facebook, Instagram. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Campari Group reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  1. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that the correct address and contact details (email/ cell number) is provided.
  1. Winners will be announced 1-2 weeks before music video production commences.
  1. Promotions, giveaways, and competitions are open to Nigerian residents only.
  1. Participation in any promotion, giveaway, or competition and/or acceptance of any prize implies full knowledge and acceptance of all rules.
  1. By entering the competition, the entrants and prize winners agree and grant permission to have their names, opinions and / or submissions published by Campari Group on any website or any other similar medium in electronic or printed format. All entrants consent to their names so published by Campari Group and agree that they will not hold Campari Group liable in any way for publishing their names and opinions in any format whatsoever. Entrants are aware that they may access the personal information that the Campari Group holds and request Campari Group to correct any errors or to delete this information. Entrants may also request Campari Group at any time to remove their names from any website on which personal information is published by Campari Group.
